2. Do I Have To Register To Shop?
You do not have to register on our website in order to shop with us. However, registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders online. You can view your order history or create wishlists to ensure you snap up your favourite pieces.
3. What Are Your Accepted Payment Methods?

4. How Do I Use A Promotional Code?
During the checkout process you will have the option to add a promotional code, simply enter the code and you will receive the discount stated. *Terms and conditions will apply.
5. How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Dispatched?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday and dispatched within 1-2 business days. As soon your order is dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm it's on its way. From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise.
6.  How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of placing an order. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select.
7. How Can I Track My Order?
A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number and estimated delivery date in the e-mail. Alternatively, you can always check your order status in the My Account section on our website.
8. My Tracking Number Isn't Working, What should I do?
In most cases this means your order was just shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to be updated.
9. Which Courier Will My Package Arrive With?
At present, we only offer delivery via Royal Mail.
10. Where Is My Order Confirmation?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation to your registered email address. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
