1. DO YOU HAVE ANY STORE LOCATIONS?

Yes, on the Internet! We're an online-only fashion boutique, which means you can shop with us 24/7 from around the world at the click of a button. 

2. DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO SHOP?

You do not have to register on our website in order to shop with us. However, registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and
allows you to keep track of your orders online. You can view your order history or create wishlists to ensure you snap up your favourite pieces.

3. WHAT ARE YOUR ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHIODS?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, payments are processed using Paypal

4. HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

During the checkout process you will have the option to add a promotional discount code, simply enter the code and you will receive the discount stated.  
Please Note: You can only use one promotional discount code at a time or per order
 *Terms and conditions will apply, our promotions are time limited, to check the validity of a code simply use the discount tool found on the left-hand sidebar of the store.  

5. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, as soon your order is dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm it's on its way. From there it should
be delivered within the timescale we advertise.
You can also check the progress of your order at any time by using the Order Status menu on our website. 
6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?  
The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you choose.

7. HOW DO I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Your dispatch confirmation email will also include a tracking number (if you have chosen a delivery option with tracking ) and estimated delivery date.
You can also check the progress of an order at any time by using the Order Status menu on our website.

8. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING, WHAT SHOUD I DO?

In most cases this means your order was just shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to be updated (in most cases much sooner). 

9. DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?

Sorry, at present we do not offer next day delivery.

10. WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation to your registered email address. If for some reason, you did not receive an
email, please check your spam folder.

11. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

12.  CAN I  ADD AN ADDITIONAL ITEM TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Yes, we can combine your order providing the existing order has not been dispatched. Please email us at info@jjdrhouseofbijoux.com to arrange a
combined order. Please note: You will need to email us in advance so we can issue you a free shipping code for any additional items.
